Whether you have engaged our professional novel and book translation services or our expert copywriting services, we strive to deliver the highest quality content. If you wish to request a return or cancellation, you have 14 days from the date of delivery or project milestone completion to initiate the process.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your request or returned material, we will review the case to ensure it meets our policy criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund for 47% of the paid price. This refund amount deducts the initial resource allocation, project onboarding, and other operational fulfillment services already rendered.

Eligibility for Returns & Project Cancellations

To be eligible for a return and partial refund:

  • The delivered draft, translation, or creative content must not be used, published, or distributed.

  • The request must be accompanied by proof of purchase, an invoice, or your original project order number.

  • For physical materials or shipped hard copies (if applicable), the items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

If your project involved physical manuscripts or materials that require shipping, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline

Once your request or returned material is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your partial refund. If approved, the 47% refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
